Mark your calendars!! The Powell Library is having a Halloween Costume Exchange on Friday, Oct. 6th between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.!
 
This exchange is open to all ages
 
Donations will be accepted during library hours the week of Oct. 2nd-6th. Exchanging costumes MUST be clean and in gently used condition. All exchanges are free and monetary transactions are prohibited.
 
Any donations not taken by close on Friday Oct. 6th will be donated elsewhere
