Learn how to quill with Jeanna Merritt by making a snowflake!
 
Quilling, or paper filigree, is the art of coiling strips of paper to create decorative designs. This artistic technique is believed to date back to the 16th century.
 
All supplies will be provided for those who attend this free program open to those aged 13 & up. No need to sign-up
