Name: Alive at 25
Date: June 19, 2010
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM MDT
Event Description:

“Alive at 25” is the only course of its kind in the nation taught exclusively by law enforcement officers. It is a survival course designed to teach young drivers to take responsibility for their behavior. Students do not need to own a driver license or learner permit to participate. The program addresses the most common causes of crashes involving young drivers: speeding, impaired driving, lack of awareness of the consequences of risk-taking behavior, inexperience with the complexities of driving, distractions and pressure from peers in the vehicle. Early registration is required because participation is limited. Pizza will be provided. The course is open for 15-24 year olds.

Location:
Northwest College’s Fagerberg Building, Room 70
