Name: Alive at 25 - Driver Awareness for Youth
Date: February 25, 2012
Time: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM MST
Event Description:

Drivers ages 15-20 are involved in fatal crashes at more than twice the rate of all other drivers combined. Alive at 25 directly addresses the most common causes of crashes involving young drivers: speeding, impaired driving, lack of awareness of the consequences of risk-taking behavior, inexperience with the complexities of driving, and distractions and pressure from peers in the vehicle.Alive at 25

All instruction occurs in a classroom setting and students do not need to own a driver’s permit or license to attend. The highly interactive 4.5-hour class is offered to participants between the ages of 15 and 25.

Notification of intent to attend is appreciated but not required. Call 754-6469.

Free pizza will be provided.
