Event Description:
Have you ever wondered what you could make with those books you just can't keep anymore? Try our second Altered Books program on Thursday, July 12th at 6:30 pm! We will offer a demonstration, hands on help, and some supplies. With scissors, paints, stamps, exacto-knives, buttons, photographs, cards, and more you can begin the altering process. Participants are encourage to bring their own supplies and books if they want. This will be the second of three altered book programs this summer. Visit www.altered-book-com for ideas on how to get started. This program is intended for youth grades 6th-12th and adults, and will be held in the Fireside Room. Even if you missed the first program, you can still join in the fun!
