Event Description:
This class goes beyond the basic belly dance steps and allows you to work on technique, muscle control, self-awareness, and more step combinations. Additional hip work, isolations, and being in the movement will be emphasized. Belly dance is an uplifting and exciting, yet surprisingly calming and soothing form of dance that looks beautiful on women of any size and shape. This class is appropriate for those who have previously taken belly dance classes as well as beginners.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a hip scarf if you have one. Please pre-register.
