Friday, August 9 – Join Park Ranger Todd Johnson at the Cal S. Taggart Visitor Center Auditorium at 6:30pm to learn about the creation of the Boone and Crockett Club, the oldest wildlife conservation organization in North America.  Ranger Todd will share information about the personalities who helped to shape its focus on preserving big game and conservation, and how these members were instrumental in the establishment of federal organizations like the National Park Service and the US Forest Service.
