The Friends of the Powell Branch Library invite you to join them in welcoming Bill Rossiter to Powell on Tuesday, September 25th. Hailing from Montana, Bill Rossiter uses stories and song to prompt audience member to share memories and family tales of the depression. His unique program will be at 6:30 p.m. in the Fireside Room. Rossiter is a Wyoming Humanities Council speaker. Please use the east entrance to the library.
