Carving a Cowboy

There are reasons why we keep offering Hurr?s wood carving classes. He?s a great instructor and the students have a wonderful time, often returning for more classes because they truly enjoy carving together. Find out what you?ve been missing! Let Hurr teach you how to carve your own 12-inch tall cowboy out of a wooden block. Learn the fundamentals of carving safely, while using simple hand tools and wood all supplied for you. You are welcome to use your own tools if you have them. Students will also learn how to paint the finishing touches on their three-dimensional cowboy to fully complete their project.
