POWELL, Wyo. ?? The Powell Valley Chamber of Commerce and Northwest College Center for Training and Development are teaming up to share the latest Business Buzz on the third Tuesday of every month, starting Oct. 15.
The free programs will feature a one-hour business presentation and complimentary continental breakfast beginning at 7:30 a.m. in the NWC Center for Training and Development (CTD), located at 1397 Fort Drum Dr. on NWC’s West Campus.
The October Business Buzz topic, “The Value of Customer Service,” will be presented by Kathy Crookshanks, NWC’s Cody CTD program coordinator. She’ll talk about the ways customer service affects sales trends, brand loyalty and profit, and how small businesses can use customer service to compete in the marketplace.
