Event Description:

Photographer, Gene Rodman, will discuss what all those little buttons on your digital camera mean to the quality of a digital photograph. Rodman will also discuss printers, paper, storing and mounting images, and photosharing. Participants should bring their camera and instruction manual.

The Lighted Parade is a crowd pleaser. We have lots of lighted floats with plenty of twinkling lights. Santa is making an appearance on a Powell Fire Department antique fire truck. Make a night of it, get dinner from a local eatery, listen to Parade MC at Plaza Diane (thank you to Big Horn Basin Media), bundle up and enjoy.

The Powell Economic Partnership is Powell's economic development nonprofit. We work on bringing projects to life that will increase jobs, support current workers, and make Powell a more profitable place. However, we can't complete our goals without help from generous donors like you.

We are currently gathering funds for our outdoor recreation and agricultural areas. We have the Rails With Trail project that will build a safe, accessible non-motorized walking trail for Powell residents that will connect with the Great American Rail Trail system being built across the country. We also have the food co-op that will connect producers to buyers such as hospitals and schools, increase education and food safety regulations, and provide healthy meals to our most vulnerable citizens.
