For the third year in row, the Powell Library is having a Halloween Costume Exchange! Donations and exchanges will take place during library hours of Monday, October 6th through Thursday, October 30th.
This exchange is open to all ages
Exchanging costumes MUST be clean and in gently used condition. All exchanges are free and monetary transactions are prohibited.
The Powell Library is open Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. And the library is located in Homesteader Hall at the Park County Fairgrounds (655 E. 5th St.)
