Homesteader Annual meeting program is D.Clem Deaver: Man+Opportunity=Success. The program presentation is by Rex Meyers and Susan Richards. Clem Deaver, the Immigration Agent for the Chicago, Burlington &Quincy Railroad from 1906-1914, was responsible for bringing many of the early settlers into the Big Horn Basin. Open to the public.
