Are you an intermediate watercolor painter interested in brushing up on your skills? Wyoming artist Marie Bramson will teach the course “Watercolor Painting II” on Wednesdays, Feb. 10, 17, 24 and March 2 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. in Northwest College’s Fagerberg Building, Room 61.
“I really enjoyed teaching basic watercolor painting last fall, my students were wonderful and they did a great job,” says Bramson. “I hope to see some new faces and many returning students, for a refresher of their dexterous hands.” Topics covered in the intermediate course include: using white for a 3-D effect, new techniques, and how to use different bush strokes and brushes.
The price for the course is $60, plus $20 for supply fees. Preregistration is required. To sign up or to get more information, visit www.MoreLearningFun.org or call Powell Valley Community Education at 754-6469.
Bramson has teaching experience with the Casper Artist’s Guild as well as previous Powell Valley Education courses. She has painted for many years for the Wyoming Game and Fish Exposition.
PVCE programs are provided by Park County School District No. 1 Board of Cooperative Educational Services (PCSD No. 1 BOCES), created by an agreement between Northwest College and Park County School District No. 1.
