These are questions that will be addressed in this discussion with Rick LaPlante, who's interviewed nearly 1,000 people over the past 20 years. He'll discuss how to take control of the interview and ask questions that get to the heart of the candidate's fit and how to keep you from losing site of what's important when interviewing those really "slick" candidates.
