Event Description:

The downtown merchants are displaying scarecrows made by individuals and organizations in and around Powell and YOU get to be the judge!  Participate in the scavenger hunt to find all the scarecrows and you will also win a prize.

Participating Powell merchants, downtown Powell!    
Date/Time Information:
Scarecrows will be displayed from October 19th-October 27th with final display and judging results at Harvest Fest @the Commons from 5-9pm on Saturday, October 27th
