Learn how to become a "Storm Spotter" and play an important role in the weather warning process! Trained spotters provide ground reports to the National Weather Service in Riverton, and now's your chance to become one. This class will teach the basics of thunderstorm development, thunderstorm structure, what features to look for and where to find them. Learn how to safely and accurately report warning signs to the NWS. This interactive class is open to the public, so even if you're only curious, it's worth checking out!
