Name: Small treasures craft classes
Date: May 3, 2016
Event Description:
Powell Valley Community Education invites you to make a date with your favorite Little One to create a unique holiday keepsake together. Each of the hour-long Small Treasures seasonal craft classes will meet from 5:45-6:45p.m. in room 71 of Northwest College's Fagerberg Building. The course fee is $15 per child per class. An adult participant is required to attend with the child. One adult can assist more than one child, in case an adult wants to bring siblings, for example.
While the Little One thinks they are just making a craft, the adult knows they are actually making mutually treasured memories. Create a unique holiday-appropriate item in any of the three separate classes. The classes are open to children ages 3 to 6 and their pre-registered adult. Please register for each project separately.
The first Small Treasure class is "Lovely Valentine Treasure" on Tuesday, Feb. 9. The second class is "Spring/Easter Treasure" on Tuesday, March 22. The final class is "Memorable Mother's Day" on Tuesday, May 3.
"Deb is full of some great craft ideas," says program coordinator Ingrid Eickstedt, "and is eager to share some of her fun classes for kids and their adults."
