Event Description:
Please join the Powell community to celebrate this holiday season through an evening of music brought to you by the students of Northwest College and Powell High School.
The Northwest College Collegiate Choir and Powell High School Choir are excited to return to the stage to present their annual Vespers concert on Wednesday, Dec. 8 at 6:30 p.m. This popular holiday-music event is hosted at the First United Methodist Church located at 137 West Second Street in Powell. The concert is free and open to the public.
Under the direction of Eric Hagmann at NWC and Rachel Schoessler at Powell High School, the two ensembles will present a wonderful program of choral music ranging from holiday favorites to spirituals along with a wide selection of sacred and secular works. Prelude music will be provided by the NWC Brass Ensemble led by Dr. Tristan Eggener.
