Christine Garceau, the newest member of the Northwest College photography faculty, introduces herself to the local community in a photo exhibit opening Monday, Marsh 4th, in SinClair Gallery at the College. "Visual Artifacts and Photographic Practice-1995-2013" launches with a 7:30 p.m. reception for the artist in the gallery. Admission is free.
