DESCRIPTION:If you have ever wondered about the name of a wildflower you saw while hiking in the nearby mountains\, or struggled to properly identify a flower you noticed in the Big Horn Basin\, than this class is for you! \nPlant taxonomist and author\, Earl Jensen\, will show photos of many local flower species and discuss classification techniques to aid you in correctly identifying the wildflowers found in our area. He will also provide you with tips on where to find wildflowers and when they typically bloom. \nThis program is appropriate for all ages and is a wonderful opportunity for homeschooled students to learn from a retired high school and college biology teacher!
